Future Manager Campaign: Witherslack Group​

Think it, Believe it, Become it

About: Witherslack Group is the leading provider of specialist education and care for children and young people with Special Educational Needs. As their portfolio of provisions continues to grow across the UK, so does the requirement for full staff teams including Managers. The brief was to design an inspiring campaign to promote the new management training programme and capture the imagination of ambitious team leaders looking to take the next step up in their career with a desire to become a future manager. 


The Work: An empowering campaign was the focus which highlighted the exciting opportunities for career progression within the group. The messaging of ‘Think it, Believe it, Become It’ encourages potential candidates to have the self-belief to step up with a reassuring tone that Witherslack Group are with them every step of the way, by providing all the support and training they need to flourish and succeed. The sub-branding includes directional arrows which navigate upwards throughout the designs and branded icons which illustrate the people skills required for a leadership role. The campaign was rolled out internally in the form of posters, postcards and online intranet graphics.
