The Work: It is a real pleasure to work alongside Witherslack Group by providing ongoing branding and graphic design support as they continue to grow across the UK. A multitude of graphic communications are required for the group and their portfolio of provisions which includes 21 schools, 27 Children’s Homes and 6 integrated therapy centres. All design work reflects their brand promise of high aspiration and successful outcomes for each and every child.
As the number of job opportunities within the group continues to rise, I also support the Recruitment Team who work hard to find the very best staff in the sector and grow emerging talent internally through their bespoke training and development programmes. Projects include creating internal and external recruitment campaigns and communications, ranging from graphics for training programmes including the recently launched 'Care Academy', to social media campaigns, internal staff reward schemes, the annual employee awards day and staff handbook.
